We are a professional provider of research chemicals, as such communications must be kept as such. We reserve the right to terminate ANY account where communications are deemed unprofessional. And as always - we WILL immediately terminate ANY account for reference to our products being used for human consumption.

- We will attempt shipping anywhere in the world. The laws and the control of chemical products vary in every country. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are not violating the laws of their land. As such; CanadaRC.ca is not responsible for packages confiscated by customs or law enforcement agencies in countries where the legality of our products are in question. We will not refund orders that may have been confiscated. All transactions are deemed to have taken place in the common law jurisdiction of Canada regardless of the location of buyer. - Also read the FAQ's page for other common questions and answers.
Payment Methods
- Payment methods are available in the [News](News.html#Payment Options) section of the website. .
- If you would like to use a bank transfer, please contact us ahead of time for more information.
Shipping
- The cost of normal shipping is included in all prices
- When we ship; Orders within Canada are shipped via XpressPost and a tracking number is provided when the order is shipped out. Orders outside of Canada are shipped standard mail without tracking.
- If you require Express Shipping outside of Canada, please provide us with a Fedex account number via e-mail and ensure to let us know or remind us after you've placed your order(s) you wish your order to be shipped express on your Fedex account number. You can sign up for a Fedex account through the Fedex website.
- We typically ship all in-stock items within two days.
Refund / Return Policy
- There are no refunds or returns on research chemicals for any reason.
- For all digital laboratory equipment, returns must be made within 30 days for a full refund.
Quality Assurance
- Quality Assurance and Product Quality surveys may be randomly generated by our ordering system. These surveys are optional but it would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to help us improve our services, website, and products.

You agree to personal jurisdiction and venue in the provincial and federal courts of the Province of Alberta, Edmonton.
TERMINATION OF SITE USE
CanadaRC, in its sole discretion, may terminate your retail account, membership registration, or similar uses of this Site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to your termination. CanadaRC reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of this Site at any time, without prior notice. Upon termination, you will have no account or similar Site membership rights to the Site.
